All of our chocolat at Cocoa V is organic, vegan and fair trade. All of our products are made daily in our shop in New York City.  We do our very best to ensure the highest quality at all times.

Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Cocoa V ships chocolates via Fed Ex Next Day ONLY during the months of July & August to prevent melting. We will call you once your order is placed to confirm the shipping rate.

Cocoa V offers year-round shipping. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the order and the distance of the shipment. We ship 2nd day with Fedex and USPS  on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Overnight delivery is available on those days as well. If you require this service please telephone us at 212-242-3339.  

Once an order is received it is processed within 48 hours as long as all of the desired products are in stock. An internet confirmation will be sent to you once the item has left our shop. All orders are shipped "signature required". If you’d like the package to be left without a signature, Cocoa V nor the carrier will be held responsible for the package if it is lost, stolen or damaged.  

Please note that we cannot ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes and that Cocoa V cannot be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control such as currier problems, weather issues or natural disasters.

Please take great care when filling out the shipping address and payment information. We can only be responsible for the shipping information that is given to us. The customer will be charged any fees for returned packages due to incorrect shipping information on the customers end.

Payment
We accept  American Express, Visa and Mastercard. All credit cards must have a United States billing address.

Product Availability
Our website lists all of the products that are generally available from Cocoa V. Occasionally, we may be out of stock on certain items. If this is the case, we will contact you via email or telephone within 1-2 business days and adjust your order according to your wishes.

Special Occasion Ordering

Valentine's Day 2010 (February 14th)
Orders should be placed by Saturday February 7th by 12pm EST to guarantee delivery by Friday February 12th.  

Orders requesting Overnight Service will be shipped February 10th and 12th. Saturday delivery will be available, via FedEx only and additional shipping costs will apply. Please telephone us at 212-242-3339 for this service.

Easter 2010 (April 4th)
Orders should be placed by March 29th by 12pm EST. to guarantee delivery by April 2nd.

Mother's Day 2010 (May 9th)
Orders should be placed by May 3rd by 12pm EST for delivery on or by Friday May 7th. For overnight Saturday delivery please telephone us at 212-242-3339.

Thanksgiving (November 25th)
Orders should be placed by Friday November 19th.   

Christmas (2010)
Orders should be placed by December 20th by 12pm for delivery by December 24th.
